By using compassionately led 1 to 1 support sessions, we will use the Nourishing Routes philosophy to empower you to live more compassionately, power up the self-love in your life, and break free from disordered eating and poor body image.

Food & Body

You constantly beat yourself up for not working hard enough, eating the right foods, having the best diet, looking a certain way or achieving a certain standard
You are currently struggling with / in recovery from an eating disorder or form of disordered eating, such as anorexia, othorexia, bulimia, binge eating etc
You fear certain ‘unhealthy’ foods, overeating or skipping your usual exercise routine

My passion to enable you to become the best version of yourself isn't solely based on my academic qualifications reading lots of text books and conducting my own academic research

 

Alongside the substational evidence based research to underpin the Nourishing Routes philosophy, I am here for you because I have quite literally wore the T-shirt of self-loathing, perfectionism, disordered eating and living miles apart from my authentic self and purpose. 

I am here to show you that, despite multiple myths that recovery or self-love isn't possible or worth pursuing,

they absolutely 100% are !

Through realising and putting into practice the philosophy of Nourishing Routes in my own life, I have discovered the far reaching benefits of living more compassionately with my whole self and others, and have been able to fully break free from a negative relationship with food and body, while stepping on a life fulfilling pathway where I can be the best person I was born to be. 

Overcoming your own fears and setbacks while saying a big 'get lost' to your harsh inner critic (Or even people who don't believe in your amazingness) may sometimes seem impossible - believe me, I know. But, the reality is that you have so much potential just bubbling inside of you - waiting to be released so that you can show the world what you're made of  and  make it a much better place for us all to live and thrive in.

My  Expertise

 

I am the founder of concept of becoming a Compassioneer and have years of experience mentoring, counselling and coaching both young and middle-aged adults. My expertise includes, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body dysmorphia and chronic illness

I also have a wealth of experience working in the fields of positive psychology, public health and eating behaviour researcher with an evidence based approach rooted in the anti-diet and health at every size movement

 

 

My Qualifications include:
