70 minutes of Compassion-centred Hatha Yoga, set in a beautiful location, suitable for all ages. The class is small (limited to 10 people only) so as to allow you to access better support, teacher contact and friendly community that will best aid your mind, body and yoga practice.

About the event

- All mats provided and blocks (1 per person), but feel free to bring your own

- Additional equipment you may want to bring includes: own blanket or blocks, and anything to support personal comfort (e.g. knee pads, a soft block, a blanket, yoga strap or a bolster)

- If possible, please aim to arrive at class 10-15 minutes before it starts to allow yourself time to set up and relax

- Tea, Coffee, drinks and food facilities as well as toilets are available at the hotel
